Gary Lukacs
DVMDr. Gary Lukacs grew up in Florida and graduated from the University of Florida Colldge of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. After graduation, he entered a mixed animal practice doing primarily dairy production medicine. Over the years, he gradually transitioned to all small animals. He joined our staff in 2002. "I chose the veterinary profession because growing up, I watched my own pets get sick and wanted to understand and help them in some manner. The opportunity to work with such a wide variety of animals from pets to wildlife, the excitement of learning a new surgical technique or treatment, and sharing the good and difficult times with patient and client.".

JD Freese
DVMDr. JD Freese has been practicing in the area since graduating from St. George's Veterinary School in 2007. he grew up in New Freedom and graduated from Susquehannock High School in 1998. His special veterinary interests include pathology and cytology. In his spare time, Dr. Freese enjoys running, working on the farm, and cherishing the newest addition to his family, his gorgeous daughter. He and his wife, Bridgett, live on a farm with their many pets, including his best friend, Snowden, a Bloodhound. "Being a veterinarian allows me to combine my love for animals and my compasson for people.".
